About My Order

How can I pay?

We take payments through PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards. You don’t need to sign up to PayPal to place an order, just a valid card.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Yes, we will happily take orders from around the world. Different postage and packing fees will be applicable depending on where you are based. Please check the fees for your region in the shopping cart before placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to post your order within 24 hours of receipt, and we will send an email confirming dispatch once it is in the post. However, please allow 14 days for delivery before contacting us, longer if you are not based in the UK.

Can I return my book?

We will be happy to give a full refund if the book is returned within 14 days of receipt in mint condition. Please contact us using the form below for instructions on how to go about doing this.

I didn’t enjoy the book. Can I get my money back?

I’m afraid we can’t give a refund if you didn’t enjoy the book. However, we would be very interested to hear why you didn’t like it and would be happy to discuss it with you if you send us a message using the form below.

I used a coupon code to get a discount on my book. Will you still give money to charity?

Of course. If you purchased the book through the website, we will donate £1 to Southampton Hospital Charity Children’s Services Funds, regardless of the discount.

How do I get a coupon code?

We sometimes issue coupon codes on some of our advertising. We also do limited period coupon offers through our Facebook Fan pages and our Twitter feed. Keep an eye out and you might spot one.

The Marianna Voyages

I loved the book. How can I tell you just how much I loved it?

Just use the form below and send us a message. We'd love to hear what you liked (and disliked) about the book. And who knows, you may even get a personal reply from Benjamin!

When will the next book be out?

Benjamin Hendy is busy working on the sequel to How To Fill A Black Hole right now. We are hoping to publish it in the second half of 2012.

How many books will there be in the series?

At the moment, we don’t know how long the series will be. Benjamin Hendy wants to keep writing stories about Connor, Grace, Adam, Evelyn and Max for as long as he has good, interesting and exciting stories to tell. He regularly posts on his own website, www.benjaminhendy.com, and is happy to answer questions from fans there.

Will there be a film of the books?

There might be one day, but at the moment there is nothing lined up. We know that Benjamin would be very excited about the idea of seeing his characters up on the big screen.
